At EART-GUITAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all electronics and instruments are returned in their original condition with all factory packaging included.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Instrument
Carefully pack the guitar or electronic component in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are secured to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
